I have always enjoyed artwork. I grew up carrying a sketchbook everywhere I went and was always trying to capture what I saw in nature. Most of my work until I was a young adult was done in pencil. For a Christmas present shortly after I was married my husband bought me a set of watercolors. I was immediately hooked. I loved being able to add color to my work!

I love gardening, hiking, bird watching and fly fishing. And each of these hobbies fuels my composition idea list.
