Day #22 and #21. A Cassowary and a Red Backed Shrike.

I find both of these birds to be absolutely gorgeous. I had added them to my, "to be painted again," list.

The Cassowary can run about 30 miles per hour and, for all of you Cross Fit fans, can jump 5 feet in the air! WOWZERS! I didn't get as far as I would like to have gotten but...I am getting new lighting in my studio!
